GASTRONORM
The bain-marie hot tub is made of pressed AISI 304 stainless steel,
with upper edge for installation on the top. It is heated by electric resistors on the bottom of the external side of the tank, and has a drain on the bottom.
Set up with compositions of gastronorm trays or with perforated stainless steel shelves.
